IMPORTANT NOTE

Please let us know your machine model number, will ship the any one of them when the order without a message.

After insatllation if the item not working, please send a video to check the installation steps from the begin to the end,please show in the video of the item with a blue colour company tape "SWZNPART", if the item without a logo tape on it,please donot sign for the package,if you cannot receive the package by yourself,or receive by your friend.please let them to do for you,under all this case,will make full  refund to buyers bank account.Please make an order only after accept this opption,please let us know before place order if can not accept the solutions.

If the item can not working,please let us know your machine previous error,we will help you solve the problem,we accept return the item back to us,and pay the return shipping cost to buyers bank account after receive the product and test,when we receive the item,will test it and send a video also if the product is working,customer will pay the return shipping cost,hope kindly note about this,and make an order only after accept this solution.

If the item damage when receive,please donot sign for the package,or take a photo of product and ask for a damage certificate document from post office or the postman,will refund to buyer only under this case,and please please make an order only after accept this solution.

The  part number on the product or on the box sometime has different,if the item not compatible for your machine,please send a video to show the installation steps,and send them back to us,we will pay to you return shipping cost,or send another correct item to you,please place an order only after accept this case.

Product colour & photo colour have different,beacuse of the light shining,please only make an order after accept this case.

If product damage when receive,please do not sign for the package,or you can take a product photo,and ask for a damage certificate document from the postman,we will refund upon the post damage certificate document only.Please contact with us within 3days after receive the product,and please return the product with the original package
